Bacán was born in an old town house in Campanet. There we began to bake our first pizzas in a wood oven. We are cooks born in Argentina, children of Italian and Spanish immigrants. As children our nonnas cooked for the whole family. The day they made pizzas was quite a party!
They made dozens of them, very loaded and with all kinds of ingredients. Sometimes thin, sometimes thick, with vegetables, meat, potatoes ... His imagination had no limits. Today in Bacán, we honor the legacy of nonnas Rossa and María to continue with the tradition and that every time we eat pizza, it continues to be a party!

We offer several varieties of pizza doughs: ultra-light, fluffy, focaccias, gluten-free doughs, vegan products, organic flours and risky combinations.
Our Author Empanadas, made of light and puff pastry, with juicy fillings and different sauces to dunk them.
For the public that prefers healthier and lighter products and combinations we have created several Gourmet Salads.
Bacán is located in a privileged place in Campanet with fantastic views of the Serra de Tramuntana that can be enjoyed from our terrace or from inside the restaurant.
